Who knew corduroy was so upscale? Fancy! I had no idea they had a "Grande" version of this car... wonder what it would go for on ebay?

My, my, we've come a long way since 1978. This Atari commercial featuring Kareem Abdul Jabbar and Carol Channing (quite the odd couple) reminds me how awesome I thought my old-school Atari was. What a difference 3 decades makes, eh?

This classic Wheatie's ad from 1976(?) features 1976 Olympic athlete Bruce Jenner back in the days before all his plastic surgery. I'm sure Bruce logged a lot of miles, but I'm not sure I buy theat he wond the gold cuz of the Wheaties. I've been eating them for years, and can only run a mile in about 15 minutes. What am I missing?
